Professional Driveway & Concrete
Surface Cleaning Services

Over time, driveways, concrete surfaces, brick pavers, and natural stone accumulate oil stains, ground-in dirt, mold, mildew, and oxidation that basic hosing down simply can't touch. Crystal Clean Power Washing uses professional-grade pressure washing equipment and surface-specific cleaning methods to restore your hardscape to its best condition — safely, thoroughly, and without damage to the surface or surrounding landscape.

Why Professional Driveway & Concrete Surface Cleaning Makes a Difference.
Your driveway and outdoor surfaces are among the first things visitors, neighbors, and potential buyers notice about your home. Beyond curb appeal, neglected hardscape surfaces are a functional problem — algae and mildew growth create slipping hazards, oil and grease penetrate porous concrete over time making stains progressively harder to remove, and debris trapped between pavers accelerates joint erosion and settlement.
Professional pressure washing removes what surface-level cleaning leaves behind. We use the correct PSI and technique for each surface type — high-pressure rotary cleaning for poured concrete, lower-pressure soft washing approaches for natural stone, and precision cleaning for brick pavers ahead of re-sanding and sealing. The result isn't just cleaner — it's restored.

Driveway & Concrete
Surface Cleaning
Poured concrete and asphalt driveways are magnets for oil drips, tire marks, rust stains, and biological growth. We use surface cleaner attachments that deliver consistent, streak-free results across the full surface — no tiger striping, no missed edges. Pre-treatment is applied to oil and rust stains before the wash for maximum extraction.

Brick Paver Cleaning,
Re-Sanding & Sealing
Brick pavers require a multi-step approach. We clean the surface, remove weed growth from joints, re-sand with polymeric sand to lock pavers in place and prevent future weed intrusion, and apply penetrating sealer to protect against staining and weathering. This is a restoration service, not just a rinse.

Bluestone & Natural Stone Cleaning
Bluestone, flagstone, limestone, and other natural materials are sensitive to harsh chemicals and high pressure. We use low-pressure soft washing with pH-balanced solutions designed specifically for porous stone — eliminating black algae, lichen, and surface oxidation without etching or surface damage.

Concrete Patio & Pool Deck Cleaning
Pool decks and patios endure constant exposure to water, sunscreen, algae, and foot traffic. We clean and restore these surfaces with slip-safety in mind — removing the biological growth that makes wet surfaces dangerous while restoring the original color and texture of the concrete or stone.

Retaining Walls & Walkways
Retaining walls collect years of dirt, efflorescence, and organic staining. Walkways develop black streaks, algae, and mildew from shade and moisture. We clean both with the care these surfaces require — maintaining the integrity of mortar joints and the appearance of the surrounding landscape.

Tennis Court Cleaning
Algae, moss, lichen, and leaf staining accumulate quickly on outdoor court surfaces — creating slippery conditions and accelerating surface wear. Crystal Clean Power Washing uses low pressure soft washing techniques suited to asphalt and concrete courts, restoring traction, color, and appearance without damaging surface texture or playing lines.
Driveways, Concrete, Pavers
& Stone. We Clean It All
Our Driveway & Concrete Surface and Hardscape Cleaning Process
Every job starts with a walkthrough. We assess the surface type, identify problem areas — oil stains, rust, heavy biological growth, joint erosion — and select the appropriate equipment, pressure settings, and cleaning solutions before a single drop of water hits your property.
Pre-treatment comes next. Stains, heavy grease deposits, and biological growth are treated with appropriate dwell-time solutions before the primary wash. This step separates a thorough clean from a surface rinse.
We then perform the primary wash using professional surface cleaner equipment or hand-lance technique depending on the surface. Hot water extraction is available for oil-heavy areas. Post-rinse inspection ensures no streaking, missed sections, or cleaning solution residue remains.
For paver and stone jobs, sealing and re-sanding are completed after the surface has had adequate dry time — typically scheduled as a return visit or same-day depending on conditions.

Driveway & Concrete Surface Cleaning — Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my driveway professionally cleaned?
For most homeowners, once a year is the right cadence — ideally in spring to clear the winter's worth of salt, sand, and biological buildup. Driveways with heavy vehicle traffic, oil stains, or significant shade coverage benefit from more frequent cleaning. Brick pavers with sealer applied typically need re-sealing every two to three years depending on traffic and sun exposure.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not when it's done correctly. The risk of surface damage comes from using the wrong pressure setting or technique for the surface being cleaned. We match PSI and equipment to the material — high-pressure rotary surface cleaners for poured concrete, lower-pressure approaches for natural stone and pavers. We've cleaned thousands of driveways without a single etched surface.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Yes, in most cases. Fresh oil stains respond well to pre-treatment and hot water extraction. Older, set-in stains can be significantly reduced — sometimes fully removed — depending on how long the oil has had to penetrate the concrete. We assess and pre-treat every oil stain before the primary wash for the best possible result.
Do you re-sand and seal brick pavers, or just clean them?
We offer the full restoration — cleaning, polymeric sand joint re-filling, and penetrating sealer application. Cleaning alone is effective for maintenance, but if your paver joints are eroded or you're seeing weed growth between pavers, the full restoration package is the right call. We'll walk you through what your specific patio or driveway needs before any work begins.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing for hardscape surfaces?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to mechanically remove dirt, stains, and biological growth — best suited for hard, durable surfaces like poured concrete. Soft washing relies on low pressure and cleaning solutions to break down and rinse away contaminants — the right approach for natural stone, brick, and aged surfaces where high pressure could cause damage. We use both methods depending on what the surface requires.
How long does a driveway cleaning take?
A standard residential driveway takes one to two hours. Larger paver patios, multi-surface hardscape jobs, or projects requiring pre-treatment and dwell time will run longer. Jobs that include sealing are typically scheduled with a return visit after the surface has dried — usually the following day under normal conditions.
